·      Willingness to learn and promote our products and sales processes as well as be capable of effectively sharing and encouraging the same with their team.

·      A minimum of 1 year professional sales experience in the RV industry, automotive industry or similar.

·      Successful track record of managing high volume sales.

·      Proven ability to work independently.
